Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using macrodesk (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The software and your license

macrodesk grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you control. The App is closed-source software; you may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

macrodesk offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to break the law, to violate the terms of your broker or data provider, or to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to any system. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your accounts.

5. Not financial advice — trading involves risk

macrodesk is a software tool for charting, analysis, and order entry. It is not a broker, an investment adviser, or a financial planner, and nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Charts, indicators, forecasts, AI output, and any other content are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Trading futures, stocks, and other instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and orders. macrodesk is not responsible for any trading losses, missed trades, or decisions made using the App.

6. Third-party services

The App connects to services you choose — your broker, market-data providers, and our payment provider. Those services have their own terms and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, or actions, including delayed, missing, or incorrect data or order execution.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, macrodesk and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the date below, and continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
